Please use the Excel or PDF version of the Match Line-Ups & Results Form to prepare your line-up to e-mail to the host club Golf Professional 3 days prior to the match.  If using the pdf version, you will need to hand write your line-up and scan it  so you can attach it to an e-mail.  If using the Excel version you can complete your entries in Excel, save the file and attach it in an e-mail.
